Acceptable Use Policy

1. Why this policy exists

These rules protect your subscribers, other Castvoo customers and your Telegram accounts.

Castvoo lets you reach many people at once. That power must be used fairly. This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Castvoo, including team members in your workspace, and to everything you send or create with Castvoo, including content written with Cas.

2. Only message people who chose to hear from you

Consent comes first, every time.

• Only send messages to people who started your bot or joined your channel or group.
• Do not upload, import or message bought, rented, shared or scraped lists of people.
• Do not scrape members or user details from other channels, groups or sources.
• Do not add people to groups or channels without their consent.
• Make it easy for people to stop hearing from you. Bot broadcasts include a "Stop these messages" button by default, and subscribers can also send /stop. Do not mislead people about how to stop, and do not try to message people again after they have asked you to stop.
• Be clear about who you are. Your subscribers should know which business or person is messaging them.

3. Content you must never send

Some content is never allowed on Castvoo, for any reason. You must not use Castvoo to send, link to or promote:

• anything illegal where you or your audience are;
• any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises or exploits children;
• scams, fraud, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or fake investment returns;
• hate speech, or content that attacks people for who they are, such as their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability;
• harassment, bullying, threats or content that encourages violence;
• malware, viruses or any harmful code;
• phishing, or anything that tricks people into giving away passwords, codes, money or personal details;
• impersonation of another person, brand, business or organisation, including pretending to be Telegram or Castvoo;
• content that breaks someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights; or
• other people's private information shared without their permission.

4. Financial, trading and betting promotions

You may promote these only if it is legal and honest.

If you promote trading, investing, crypto, forex, betting, gambling or similar financial products or services:

• the promotion must be legal in your country and in the countries of the people you send it to;
• you must hold any licence or approval the law requires for what you promote;
• you must never promise or suggest guaranteed profits, fixed returns or "risk-free" results;
• you must never show fake, edited or made-up results, screenshots, earnings or testimonials;
• you must be honest that people can lose money; and
• you must not target people where such promotions are banned, or anyone below the legal age for the product.

5. Follow Telegram's rules

Castvoo works through Telegram, so Telegram's rules apply too.

You must follow Telegram's Terms of Service and Bot Platform rules at all times. Do not use Castvoo to get around limits, bans or restrictions that Telegram has placed on you, your bots, channels or groups. Telegram can act against your Telegram accounts independently of Castvoo, and we cannot reverse Telegram's decisions.

6. Using Castvoo fairly

Do not misuse or attack the service. You must not:

• connect bots, channels or groups that you do not own or are not allowed to manage;
• try to get into other accounts or parts of Castvoo you are not allowed to access;
• overload, attack, probe or disrupt Castvoo or its providers;
• create several accounts to get extra free trials or to get around plan limits or a suspension; or
• use Cas to create content that breaks this policy.

7. How we enforce this policy

We act in proportion to the problem, and we tell you what is happening.

We may review content and activity on Castvoo when we receive a report, when our systems flag something, or when we need to check that this policy is being followed. If we find a problem, we usually take these steps in order:

• Step 1: Warning. We tell you what is wrong and ask you to fix it.
• Step 2: Removing content or pausing sending. We may stop a broadcast, pause follow-ups, or remove content that breaks this policy.
• Step 3: Suspension. We may suspend your account while we look into the problem or until it is fixed.
• Step 4: Closing the account. For serious or repeated breaches, we may close your account permanently.

For serious cases, such as content that sexualises minors, scams, phishing, malware or activity that puts people at risk, we may skip steps and act straight away. Where the law requires it, we may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

If we close your account for breaking this policy, we refund your unused wallet balance, not including bonus credit, minus processor or network fees, as set out in our Refund and Billing Policy.

8. Appeals

If you think we got it wrong, tell us. Write to [email protected] and explain why. A member of our team will review your case and reply.

9. Reporting abuse

Help us keep Castvoo safe. If you receive messages sent through Castvoo that break this policy, please write to [email protected]. Include the name of the bot, channel or group, and a screenshot if you can. You can also report the bot, channel or group to Telegram directly inside the Telegram app.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Castvoo, Telegram's rules and the law change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make an important change, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard.
