Referral Program Terms

1. About these terms

These terms explain how you earn by sharing Castvoo.

The Castvoo referral program is run by Zedapex, Lagos, Nigeria. These Referral Program Terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. By sharing your referral link, you agree to them.

2. Your referral link

Every Castvoo user gets a personal link. You can find your link on the Referrals page in your dashboard. It starts with https://castvoo.com/r/ and ends with your own code. Anyone can join the program by sharing their link. There is nothing to apply for.

3. Who counts as your referral

A new person who signs up through your link.

• When someone clicks your link, a referral cookie is saved in their browser for 60 days. If they create a new Castvoo account in that browser within that time, they are recorded as your referral.
• Only new customers count. People who already have a Castvoo account, or had one before, are not new referrals.
• The person you refer gets the normal 7-day free trial. There is no special discount for using a referral link.
• Our records decide who is recorded as your referral. If you think a referral is missing, write to [email protected] and we will check.

4. What you earn

A share of every plan payment your referrals make, for as long as they pay.

Each time one of your referrals pays for a Castvoo plan, you earn a share of that plan payment. This continues every month or year for as long as they keep paying. Your share depends on how many of your referrals are paying customers:

• fewer than 5 paying referrals: 10% of each plan payment;
• from 5 up to fewer than 20 paying referrals: 20% of each plan payment;
• 20 or more paying referrals: 30% of each plan payment.

Earnings come only from plan payments. Wallet top-ups by your referrals do not earn you anything until that money is used to pay for a plan. You can see your number of paying referrals, your current rate and your earnings on the Referrals page.

5. When earnings settle

We wait 30 days, in case a payment is refunded or reversed.

New earnings are pending at first. They settle 30 days after the plan payment they came from. This waiting time covers refunds and chargebacks. If the payment is refunded, reversed or charged back before your earning settles, that earning is cancelled.

6. Using and withdrawing your earnings

Use settled earnings for your own plan, or withdraw them in crypto.

• Pay for your plan. You can use settled earnings to pay for your own Castvoo plan at any time.
• Withdraw. Once your settled earnings reach $300, you can ask to withdraw them. Withdrawals are paid in USDT (TRC20) or Bitcoin to the address you give us.
• Timing. We pay approved withdrawals within 5 business days of your request, and we email you the transaction ID.
• Check your address. You are responsible for giving us a correct address for the coin and network you choose. Crypto sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
• Checks. We may ask you to confirm your identity or answer questions about your referrals before we pay a withdrawal, to prevent fraud.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings where you live.

7. Rules for sharing your link

Share honestly, and only with people who want to hear about it. You must not:

• refer yourself, or sign up through your own link with another account;
• create fake accounts, or pay or trick people into signing up;
• send spam, or share your link in a way that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy or Telegram's rules;
• run paid ads that bid on the word "Castvoo" or misspellings of it, or use "Castvoo" in ad account names, domain names or social media handles;
• pretend to be Castvoo, or suggest you work for or speak for Castvoo; or
• make false claims about Castvoo, such as saying it is part of Telegram or promising results it cannot guarantee.

You may share your link on your own website, social media, Telegram channels and groups, and with people you know, as long as you follow these rules.

8. Breaking the rules

Breaking these rules cancels your unpaid earnings. If we find that you have broken these Referral Program Terms, we may cancel all of your earnings that have not yet been paid out, remove the affected referrals, and remove you from the program. If the breach also breaks our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, we may take further action under those terms.

9. Changes and ending the program

We may change the program, but we will tell you first.

We may change these terms, including rates and minimums, or end the program. We will tell you by email or in the dashboard before an important change takes effect. Changes do not affect earnings that have already settled. If we end the program, you can still use or withdraw your settled earnings under the terms in place at the time.

10. Our relationship

Taking part in the referral program does not make you an employee, agent, partner or representative of Zedapex. You cannot make promises or agreements on our behalf.
